There are many famous events happened durning this time, such as Apollo Project, sed up the spaceport, man-made satellites, ASM(Anti-Satellite Missile), etc. Third, the conflict between economic strategy target was another reason for the Cold War. At the end of the World War Ⅱ, the United States' economy had an obvious development because of the capital accumulation during wartime, it became the world's economic centre. The economic strategy target was focused on expanding overseas markets, investing markets and ruling the world. While the Soviet Union also intended to improve the economical position and benefits to ensure their recovery and development, as well as expand the forces by using the wartime obtain interests. Obviously, only one nation could be the overlord between the United States and the Soviet Union. As a result, the United States implemented the Marshall Plan in July in 1947, by which the United States helped other Western European countries recover from the gloomy economy during the post-war, and restrained the Soviet Union’s further forces expansion and regime invasion in the Europe. However, the Soviet Union stirred up the Eastern European countries not to accept or join the plan, which finally caused the Cold War.
